Mixed messages

This gospel is uncomfortable and puzzling – the dishonesty of the servant and then the praise for astuteness. Is this calling us to a deeper level of commitment and not just being comfortable with the status quo? Our relationship with Jesus calls us to move out of our comfort zone and envisage how we can share our faith and spread the message of the gospel in our world today. As St Paul says “stand firm in the Lord”.
