The way of the blessed

Luke’s beatitudes are just four, Matthew recorded eight. Luke notes that those who are poor, hungry, sorrowful and picked on for being disciples are blessed. Not what we would hope for… but may those qualities bring out good from our hearts, souls and minds – to the greater glory of God
