God is love

The distressing part about Jesus giving witness on behalf of his Father, is that the Pharisees did not recognise God in his actions. Miracles upset them, especially if they occurred on the Sabbath; they wanted human praise rather than to give praise to God; and the Pharisees didn’t recognise the love of God in how Jesus loved others. They were strangers to God. We are human, life can be a struggle and it can be easy to forget God loves us. Dear God, please never stop loving us so that we, with your grace, can eventually turn our hearts to you.
