Forgive from the heart

I heard someone say, “I will never forgive them.” They were words spoken from a broken heart and should be understood in context. Jesus asks us to forgive others from the heart, and to spend our whole lives doing so. To encourage us Jesus says we have been forgiven much by God. So we must try. To both forgive, and to be forgiven, leads to peace and freedom. Lord bless us all on our journey and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
