What do you want?

In this beautiful story of healing, Jesus asks the blind man what he wants. The blind man had insisted on calling out, despite his friends telling him to be quiet. And so ensued a conversation with Our Lord. The blind man persisted and Jesus recognised his faith. When we pray, do we have a conversation with God? Do we remember that Jesus will ask us what we want from Him, and do we persist?
