Isaiah 35:4-7 Psalm 146; James 2:1-5; Mark 7:31-37

“Ephphatha!” – “Be opened!”

Fear shuts us down and holds us back from being who God made us to be and who Jesus shows us how to be.

Be still, relax, sit quietly and breathe in and out deeply. Hear Jesus whispering: “Be opened. Open your heart. Open your lungs. Open your mind to me.” Now open your hands and release your deafness and blindness, fear and pain. Breathe. Believe. Be strong. Don’t be afraid of being who God created you to be and who you are becoming.
