The news of him spread …

As we are moving into Spring, all is blooming with life. The dark, short days of winter have now given way to the light of this time of the year. There is refreshment. In our inner world, there is no better refreshment than simply to consider Jesus. To allow news of him to spread over every area of our life. What we listen to, read and reflect about shapes us. We have one go at life, and a daily conversation with Jesus helps us to live this precious gift deeply. 

What is needed is space,
carving out time for stillness and deep listening,
and in reading Scripture, to allow news of him to spread all over the place.
