Work for food that endures

How we choose to spend our energy is one of those ‘life questions.’ A question to take to our retreat or to a time of prayer. The weekend can be a good moment for some of us to reflect on the week that has been as we prepare for the week to be. What shape will it take? Today is our Sabbath, a day for prayerful reflection and a chance to reprioritise what we give our energy to. Jesus is clear. To work for the food that endures involves believing in him from our heart and so being inspired by his way of choosing to be human, all resulting in our distinctive way of living out our humanity.
