Avoid babbling

How many times have you said the Our Father? How many times have you prayed it? Because we say the Our Father often, we can end up doing the very thing Jesus gave us this prayer to avoid doing; just babbling. Try taking one phrase from the prayer and then stop to ponder. Can I honestly say that? Your will be done? Forgive me in the same way that I forgive others?
