God

We could be overwhelmed trying to answer the question, “Who is God?” Much has been written and spoken in an attempt to define who God is. Wars have been fought and families divided in the process. I enjoy the wisdom of Meister Eckhart, a 13th century mystic, who wrote “Who is God? God is! Wherever I am there is God. The most beautiful thing which a person can say about God would be for that person to remain silent from the wisdom of an inner wealth. So, be silent and quit flapping your gums about God.” Something for me to ponder on today.
