Eternal life

Jesus promises eternal life to all those who come to him. As he himself was raised to life from the dead, he promises that those who believe in him will also be raised to life with God for all eternity. Heaven, a life of intimate love with God, awaits those who believe. It is in the sure hope of that life that we commit ourselves to being disciples of Jesus. May we rest in that sure hope today.
