The Word of God

In our times of prayer and meditation, we listen for God’s word. Our hearts are open to God in our yearning to hear God speak to us. Jesus is himself the Word of God. In him, God is revealed and God’s message is delivered to us. When we ponder the Gospels, our prayer lives are nourished and we learn from Jesus’ teachings about God.
