And Jesus said ‘Mary’

He spoke her name. Suddenly, in the garden at Gethsemane, near the tomb, Jesus had the full attention of Mary of Magdala. She had come to the tomb looking for him. When he spoke her name, Mary knew she had found him and he had found her. How often we come looking for him in our prayer. Perhaps we should come listening for him to speak our name. Then he will surely have our full attention.
