Admit it

Admit it. We all have our prejudices – perhaps against a certain political or religious leader, a particular nation, religion or culture. It can happen that I slaughter the object of my prejudice on the altar of my personal ideals. What will help the cause? To fight or not to fight? Or, like Nicodemus, to speak up and remind the chief priests and Pharisees that the Law forbids condemning someone without hearing his side of the story? How well do I listen to another’s point of view?
