Water’s ways

Water is a precious gift our Creator God provides for every living being. It is a source of life, of healing. Water can also be a cause of death, of war. It features in many ways in the life of Jesus. Water is clearly significant in our lives as human beings too; and it’s used in baptism which consecrated us with all our potential and goodness. Some special blessings use water. When did I last thank God for this gift? Recent events have made us more aware of water and water quality. How have I used water today?
