Forgive seven times?

Even St Peter wonders how many times he should forgive the brother who wrongs him. Forgiving is not always easy. We need the help of grace to pardon from the heart. One translation of the ‘Our Father’ asks God to “forgive us our sins so that we forgive those who sin against us.” When I have personally experienced God’s forgiveness and mercy, then God gives me the grace to be forgiving and merciful. I can let love energy or hate vibes flow into the world. The choice is mine.
