Why are you terrified?

A pertinent question. Are we terrified, fearful? Do we think the tranquil New Zealand of years past has gone, perhaps forever? Do we feel that our society is changing far too fast and not for the better? Everywhere we look the values that were the bedrock of our lives are being challenged and overturned. And the Church seems powerless to do anything about it – it is being swamped! But Christ is with us. His power silently, mysteriously rules. Don’t fret at the strength of the wind and the height of the waves. Still your fears. Only look to Christ!
