Help me to see

Physical blindness is a heavy burden to carry. We know that Jesus cured quite a few blind people, including the two in today’s Gospel. The only thing he asked of them was faith. Most of us are not physically blind but possibly many of us are spiritually blind in different ways. How often do I ask the Lord to show me the blind spots in my personality? “Lord help me to see”. It will be a painful process for sure, but seeing our limitations will help us to be more like Jesus and a better channel of his love to all.
