Sourcing grace

To be told that I have less love than I once had is a harsh and sobering judgement. Yet the trials of family life and rifts in community life are so often healed by large doses of our love for each other. God’s grace is present in this love which seeks peace and harmony. Today is a good day to think about the sources of God’s grace and keeping my love open to those sources. The sacraments are rich with God’s grace, the deepest pools in the river of God’s love flowing through all creation. Can I enter into them, meet Jesus Christ intimately as the blind man did, then take his love home to share with others?
