The calm psalm

Today’s psalm is a calming prayer. It is a sort of ‘all will be well’ psalm which comes to mind readily when the need for God’s presence in life is pressing. Jesus Christ speaks of gratitude and praise to God. “Thank you” are words so often heard today as we go about daily life. Yet God often goes unpraised for his presence in our daily lives. “The Lord is my shepherd, there is nothing I shall want” are words of praise worth repeating often.
