Being forgiven

There is much spiritual comfort in knowing that if I become ‘lost’ through sin Jesus Christ will not abandon me. He will seek me out, offer me healing, giving me a good share in his love, showering God’s grace upon me. Heaven rejoices when I am thus ‘found’. Am I open to this part of my life? Must I be less busy to be aware of God’s presence and God’s voice calling to me? Can I rejoice when I meet Jesus Christ in my weakness?
