Philippians 1:18-26; Psalm 42; Luke 14:1, 7-11

Life-long learner

Rather than worrying about how people perceive us, we are challenged to get on and be good disciples, where one moves from the realm of thinking about to doing.

I remember wise counsel from my seminary days “don’t worry about ministry and what you are to do. God will guide you”. I appreciate that comment more now than I did then and personally recognise the action of God in all things, even more so in the mistakes I’ve made and how I have learned from them.
