Awash with things

Jesus warns us in today’s Gospel that the reliance on possessions just dilutes the reality of our lives to the point where we eliminate God and neighbour from sight.

It is as if we are awash with possessing things rather than focusing on the most important possession – being totally transformed by Christ’s love for us.
