The parable of the sower

Jeremiah tells the people that God intends to “send shepherds after his own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and discretion”. Jesus is THE shepherd. His teaching comes to us in many ways – and we receive or take notice of it in as many ways! The parable of the sower highlights our varied listening and consequent actions. Which one applies to me?
