1 Kings 17:7-16; Ps.4; Matthew 5:13-16

Praise to the Father

When we are ‘salt’ and ‘light’, this is not so that others can praise us. We speak the truth and shine a light on what is happening in the world; we become a beacon to draw others to Jesus. All so that “seeing your good works they may give the praise to your father in heaven”. When I hear of good people, of great discoveries, of good works – do I remember to give praise to God?
