Coming to meet them

So often we think we are seeking the Lord, trying to find him in the haystack of life, trying to discover and know his will. But sometimes the true picture is quite different. The Lord is looking for us and we are trying to hide in busyness, in words, in distraction of all sorts. Sometimes we recognise him only afterwards. “Lord, where did I meet you yesterday?”
