Lord, teach us to pray

Today we are reminded of the perfect formula for prayer that is given to us by Jesus himself. Let us say The Our Father slowly and mindfully at least once today. Allow what arises in our prayer to flow into our lives in ways that change habitual actions that may require a change of mind and heart. Our Father in Heaven, may your name be held holy, your kingdom come, your will be done as it is in heaven.
