Wisdom that leads to salvation

The word ‘Mission’ comes from Latin ‘mittere’ ‘to send’. The Father sent his Son, Jesus sent his Apostles, who, ordained and sent out Bishops to gather the lost and scattered, so that “… you can learn the wisdom that leads to salvation in Christ”. The Church is missionary! She exists to propagate the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. She propagates the Gospel through the sacraments and by the witness, charity and dedication of her members.

Lord Jesus, help me share the Good News of our salvation.
