Acts 25:13-21; Psalm 103; John 21:15-19

I love you

Those three words are such a challenge. They somehow frequently get stuck in self-doubt. To say them to Jesus was beyond Peter, even when Jesus persisted in asking for them. You know I love you was the best Peter could do. But Jesus knew that they were essential to discipleship with him and a pre-requisite for ministering to his sheep and lambs. He needed to hear them said to him by Peter. Does Jesus need to hear them from you?
