Apocalypse 5:1-10; Ps 149; Luke 19:41-44

Be at peace.

Jesus laments that the very city whose name means peace, Jerusalem, fails to recognise God’s very agent of peace, himself.

In times to come the consequences are catastrophic for the city.

With each new day may we be open to a love that offers us many opportunities for growth and maturity.

Otherwise, we are warned we might have to face the consequences ourselves.
