Transforming ourselves

How often do we clutter the sanctuary of our hearts? All the troubles, ills, worries, pressures etc. crowd out or block that personal relationship one has with God.

We are invited to transform the sanctuary in order to be at peace with God.

It was Constantine who donated a barrack and transformed it into a Church, St John Lateran.

In doing so, he not only set in place a design that has dominated Church construction, but these buildings became sanctuaries that people could access and continue to access in order to find peace.
