Kind and merciful

The Lord is kind and merciful – is our response to today’s Responsorial Psalm. Very fitting as we honour St Alphonsus Liguori, who founded the Redemptorists to bring the Good News of Jesus to the poor and most abandoned.
O God, may kindness and mercy mark my every thought and action today, sowing seeds of peace, promoting harmony, and supporting the dignity of all I meet. Help me to bring a sense of your presence into every relationship. Amen.
