What does judging others tell us about ourselves?

It is quite irritating to have something in your eye. The same level of irritation must be present in those who are so judgemental.

Malice, jealousy and hurt all have the capacity to give us the springboard to judge others. Get rid of the inner irritations and where is the need to judge?
