Our common home

‘Yes, thus says the Lord, creator of the heavens, who is God, who formed the earth and made it...’ Pope Francis has added a new Work of Mercy which is ‘Care of our Common Home.’ He says, ‘Care of creation allows us to discover in each thing, a teaching which God wishes to hand on to us. It is about doing simple daily actions to care for our world.’ What will I do today to celebrate and care for creation? Perhaps I can plant some seeds, pick up rubbish, walk instead of drive, recycle, admire a sunset?
