Blessed be the Lord, my rock

God is clearly on the side of the less likely: David against Goliath, the poor man with the useless hand in the face of the obstinate and surly Pharisees and Herodians. The Lord my rock – my strength in the face of strife, my love, my fortress, my saviour!
