Stages of Journey

Jesus experienced rejection in his home town. Ignatius of Loyola was misunderstood.

This happens when people an on early stage of their spiritual journey encounter words from someone in a place further on. We can always see where we’ve come from, but we can’t see what lies ahead. I’m aware that as individuals, we are unique and God connects with us in our uniqueness. This is not some kind of race. Everyone’s place of journey is sacred and held in God’s unconditional love. The responsibility for tolerance lies with people of spiritual maturity.
