The divine physician

It seems nearly every day we hear of people who are sick. We ourselves may bear the burden of illness. It is the medical profession that we look to for healing of bodies and minds. The miracles of Jesus’ time are not so common today, but they are also not so needed. Jesus brings a more profound type of healing. It is a healing of our lives and our souls. He is the divine physician, who will one day draw us in glorified bodies to himself.
