Choosing carefully

There will always be tensions between what God asks of us and what the world wants of us. Not all things in the world are bad, but we must have a discerning heart. Then we will be able to distinguish between what is eternally true and what is passing. We are asked to look for signs of God in our world and give our time and energy in building them up. Jesus invites us to think deeply about what is of God, and what is not.
