Ascension of the Lord

Acts 1:1-11, Ps. 47, Ephesians 1:17-23, Mark 16:15-20

With the Lord

The Lord works with us, He desires us to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth. It is (in a track and field image) as if the Lord has passed on the baton (in a relay race) to us. HOPEFUL that we will be faithful, diligent, willing disciples and we will be full of Hope that what we do by word, action and thought will ensure that where He the Lord has gone, we will follow.
