A chosen instrument of mine

Most of the time we don’t experience God in the way that Saul did in the reading today. We don’t get the clear commands and hear the voice. But that doesn’t mean God isn’t speaking to us. The events of our lives and the people we come into contact with are the usual ways that God communicates with us. What might he be saying to me at present? Would he be saying that I too am his chosen instrument? How am I responding?
