God’s just judgement

Sinners are called to repent and the upright are called to remain faithful to the ways of the Lord. A shallow, outward show of piety does not mean a person is upright or virtuous in the sight of God. There are many who are judged virtuous by their peers but, in their hearts, they are far from God. God judges us according to the inner motivations of our hearts not just on our outward treatment of others So, is the Lord unjust if, seeing into our hearts, the Lord judges us according to what is revealed there?
