Children of God

Through Baptism we are citizens of heaven washed clean in the blood of Christ. As God’s chosen, we are commissioned to preach the Good News of Christ with its promised healing for body and soul. This commission to preach the Good News of Christ invites belief; it does not compel. People are free to accept or reject the Good News of Christ. Those who welcome the Good News become children of God and destined to live in the household of God which is none other than the heavenly Jerusalem.
