Titus 2:1-8, 11-14; Psalm 37; Luke 17:7-10

Serve willingly

We are all God’s servants, so serving him and doing his will is what is expected of us. God owes us nothing – he is the most generous of masters. We owe him though – and besides serving him, he commands that we serve (love) one another.

Loving Father, I give you thanks for the opportunities you provide for me to show you my love, through works of service to you and others. I will give this service today joyfully, with your words in my heart and with a smile ready to be shared with others.
