Love my neighbours

How hard it is to obey the instruction in today’s readings. Love your neighbor as yourself, even if he is an enemy. First, you must love yourself, and that can be pretty difficult unless you are living the life God wants of you. Then you must forgive your enemies.
Lord, please help me to obey you today, because I can’t do it under my own steam.
