Choose this day…again

Swindling and tampering to disadvantage the poor have continued unabated for centuries. Yet money, tainted though it sometimes is, can aid us to lead people to Christ when it fails. Bank collapses, shonky investment schemes, fraudulent traders, even total strangers ring us to lure us into get-rich-quick schemes. Rather, by deliberately choosing and re-choosing Christ, and by deciding to be rich in good deeds, liberal and generous, we please the Father.

Lord, help me to use the gift of money wisely.
