Blind guides

Jesus deliberately invited children to come to Him, thus enabling those in lowly positions, but innocent and eager, to spread the Kingdom. A brilliant idea. Childhood and adolescence are crucial periods in our lives not least because that freshness and optimism, predisposes us to the Lord. Similarly, the very person despised by the money-minded Pharisees is the one Jesus chooses to shame their hypocritical attitudes. Jesus accepts our tears, our pain and our offerings without distinction.
Lord, is there a Pharisee in me? Please deal with me.
