Acts 11:1-18, Ps 42, John 10:1-10

Right of entry

The readings today show that anyone God has called can enter the kingdom. Most of our ancestors must have been gentiles or pagans, yet at some time gone by they accepted the Lord, just as the pagans Peter visited in Caesarea did. Peter hardly had to say a word – the Holy Spirit did all the work. Peter relied on the Holy Spirit in his work – do you?
Lord, help me to accept the Holy Spirit working in my life.
