Relaxing on the ragged edge

Our natural reaction, when life pushes us around, is to push back and defend ourselves. But God says, “Let go, stop struggling, relax.” It’s a vulnerable, risky position to take. Thankfully, God does say a little more. He says, “Be still and know …” We may not know how our situation will work out, but we do know the God who will work it out. Knowing God is better than knowing the outcomes. Are you out on a ragged edge somewhere today? Then hear God’s word – “Relax, be still and trust the God who is with you”.
