God’s favourites?

God has no favourites. The Jews thought they were until Jesus disillusioned them. We Catholics may think we are, but we’re not. Nor are Christians. Nor Muslims. God loves each and every one of us, equally and without favour. Yes, through God’s grace and revelation, we Christians know the full truth. But knowing, alone, isn’t enough. Only love is. To put it another way: we are ALL God’s favourites. He loves and desires each and every one of us to share eternal life with him.
