Riches far greater

None of us is immune to the lure of riches and the earthly pleasures they can provide. Who wouldn’t love to win Lotto? But Jesus offers us an antidote to our human love of riches by offering us another, greater, love - divine love; God’s love for us and our love for him in return, thereby forming a relationship with him which will enrich us immeasurably. A suggestion for today: read today’s Wisdom 7:7-11, substituting “Jesus” for “wisdom”.
